Add the supply
Create a supply once, add its locations, and print a permanent QR for each location.
Stop counting everyday supplies. Put a QR where a supply is used, let anyone report when it runs low, and give managers one clean list of what needs to be ordered.
RefillQRRefillQR deliberately does less than inventory software, so your team actually uses it.
Create a supply once, add its locations, and print a permanent QR for each location.
Anyone nearby scans and taps Running low or Empty. No account required.
Managers see what needs attention, what is ready to order, and what is already on the way.
One simple workflow for the ordinary supplies that keep work moving.
Coffee, paper, cleaning supplies and kitchen consumables.
Chemicals, bags, paper goods and supplies across sites.
Gloves, disposables, hygiene supplies and treatment-room stock.
Abrasives, tape, fasteners, consumables and bench supplies.
Housekeeping supplies, amenities and maintenance consumables.
Anything you need to reorder, without deploying warehouse software.
Every plan keeps the same simple restock workflow. Business adds spreadsheet import/export; Pro adds spreadsheet updates and bulk catalog management. Workers who scan never need accounts.
For a tiny setup or a real-world test.
For a small workplace getting restocking out of chats and memory.
For growing teams that need spreadsheet import/export across several operational areas.
For larger operations that need bulk catalog updates and spreadsheet round-trip editing.
The core workflow stays familiar. Higher plans add team capacity and faster ways to manage a larger catalog.
